About Chef Trish
Chef, Restaurateur, Hospitality, and Culinary Consultant

Garden State native Chef Tricia Tracey has led restaurants on both coasts in San Francisco and back in her home state of New Jersey, including stints at Roti with the Real Restaurants Group, MoMo's San Francisco Grill, the Kimpton Group, and Thirstybear Brewing Company to name a few. More recently, she wore all the hats as chef/owner of her own restaurant in San Francisco, Myriad Gastro Pub for 7 years from 2015 through 2021.
Trish is known and respected in the San Francisco Restaurant community for her enthusiasm, drive, dedication, love of food, spirits and people, and her commitment to hard work. Her ability to motivate staff through hard work and strong leadership is balanced by her well-rounded experience in the day-to-day operations of running a successful, profitable business.
In 2021 she rolled those skill sets into a mobile bar business — The Sip Rig. With The Sip Rig Trish continued to serve people and her community and to spread joy!

Trish began cooking at home with her large, close-knit family in New Jersey. While still a teenager, she discovered a deep love for food and for helping to create a shared, family experience around the dinner table. Those early experiences still inspire her today and shape what she brings to bear for all the businesses she works with.

Trish has always enjoyed being a teacher and mentor and lending her skill sets to her employees, fellow chefs, and restaurateurs. She has done this in her daily work as well as through consulting for various hospitality businesses since 2010.

Currently Chef Trish has transitioned from her own businesses in restaurant and beverage to full time hospitality and culinary consulting. It brings her great joy and satisfaction to help others launch successfully or to get back on track and make transitions to the next level to benefit their establishments, their employees, their investors, and owners as well as their bottom line. Win-win is the goal. Spreading joy is the path.
